No, take out ruins ramen.
When I eat it at the store, I feel that the stuffed noodles are not enough.
NO. They openNew Chitose airport brunch today.
Beside the store. When the car is full, there are coin P nearby in each place.
One of the best ramen I had, but this is not for everybody. Some of the people in our party were not fans of ebi (dried shrimp.) So this ramen is definitely not for them. But for those who love ebi, this is the place. I ordered the thick soup with extra egg, and it was yummy. Their gyozas are delicious as well.

The queue went really fast and you could already check the menu and order while waiting. We chose the basic ramen with deep flavor, gyoza and a shrimp riceball. I would put the ramen into the top 3 I ever tried and I ate a lot. The broth was very delicious and rich. The shrimp flavor made it unique for me.
Waited for an hour but it was totally worth it! You know it's gonna be good when there are tons of locals queuing too. You can choose how concentrated you want your soup to be, the soup base, and also the noodle thickness. Shrimp-based miso ramen is really one-of-a-kind, I slurped up every single drop of it! Prices have been adjusted, but they're still very reasonable. English menu is available too. If you're in Sapporo, do not miss it!
Perfection. Recommended to get extra charsiu. It just melts in your mouth with the perfectly marinated egg. Ebi tempura topping is one of a kind.
I read online about the shrimp based ramen, and was not disappointed! The broth was light and flavorful. The noodles were delcious and it was perfect for a cold night like I experienced in November. There is also one in the airport, but the line was super long, and this location is not only the main branch, but also easy to access and get a seat in. Definitely worth visiting if you're in Sapporo, and thanks to the staff for the delicious bowl!
The best ever Ramen I have tested !Strongly suggest you to give it a try! It is definitely worth it !The waiting time could be up to 60 minutes during the dinner time!It is a great experience!
Unique take on ramen and soba, their specialty signature dish is made with ebi broth and tasted all shrimply goodness in the best way.. Pretty long wait lines so expect to wait 20 mins to get a bowl.
Very near to my stay, Shoko's place, Azure Cort 102. This is the best Ramen i had after tried the few shops in Ramen valley. My Kids emptied the whole bowl. They will take order while queueing, so the food came fast after seated. Energetic and passionate worker. The shrimp taste is similar to Penang Shrimp noodle. I tasted the 3 original Soy sauce , miso and salt. Will try their moderate and rich flavor tomorrow. Their soup flavor can be bought at Tanukikoji street souvenir shop.
The ramen is full of shrimp flavor, which is really imppressed. There are lots of personal adjustment they can do for you to adjust the flavor. This store is pretty famous. Most of time you have to wait in line for a moment. They also sell fried dumpling. The flavor and the texture of the food is special, which is not the same as the traditional fried dumpling in Chinese. Worth to try.
Extremely warm and friendly service. Soup stock was one of the best I’ve tried. Very thick and rich in flavor. I preferred the thicker noodles as they were more al dante. Thinner noodles got soggy after awhile. Gyoza was ok too. Very reasonable prices.
One of the best ramen we’ve had. You definitely need to try!! If you’re a fan of strong flavor, go for the thick broth, it has more prawn flavor. Noodle is amazing. The rice ball is nice too!
Definitely recommended. The entire set of staff was very dynamic and friendly. Ramen was delicious! Never tried shrimp broth ramen before. Went at 7pm on a Monday, there was a queue but it moved fast and we didn’t have to wait long. Great experience :)
Amazing service and quality food. Prices can’t be beat! Each ramen bowl includes one slice of chashu and half a egg, which we weren’t aware of until after receiving our orders. Staff was accommodating and patient with us as foreigners. Highly recommend!
Don't let the lines deceive you, the system is effecient and the service as fast as the Ramen is awesome. To make it easier to understand the system, simply join the queue, you don't put your name down or take a number. When inside, sit in the benches and slide on along when the next people do until you are at the front.A super fast guy will give you a menu then take your order (yes they have English menu), then when space is available at the bar, you'll be seated and then within a couple of minutes the food is delivered.Go for the great shrimp based Ramen, enjoy the show.Great experience, great food.
Went on weekday pm time that not that busy in store, enjoy good ramen with shrimp soup base, plus a rich ! Just amazing !
Very nice prawn based ramen, worth to try
This is the best ramen I've had in my life. The broth is a delicate balance of pork and prawn, the umami hits you like a wave of happiness. They also make prawn onigiri. Make sure you add an egg and the pork. There is usually a line, however it moved quite fast and there is a bench to sit on. We only waited around 15 minutes on a Sunday night at 7:30pm.
Ramen ebisoba nice flavors. . . So delicious.... i like ramen ebisisoba
Very nice staff even she can’t speak English much but still tried her best to explain me the menu
Tried the rich and found it too rich. The onigiri was great though.
Honestly I think this place is pretty overrated. It's unique because of the shrimp flavor but I think the broth is too intense
A really nice thick broth of pork and shrimp. I chose the thin noodles and moderate broth for the Shoyu ramen. Well-balanced soup broth; not overly strong seafood taste. Service is great with english menu. Quite off centre of sapporo.
Best ramen I ever had. Shrimp broth was excellent. Get the medium or rich broth with miso. Went there twice and will go again... and again. A must eat in Sapporo.
Really an amazing experience. The ramen was full of flavor and it's perfect when it's cold outside. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is very charming. Definetly recommended!
One of the best Ramen I had in Japan. Shrimp+pork broth was rich and full of flavour. We got both moderate and rich option. The moderate one was perfect for us while the rich version was too salty. Gyoza was delicious, too. If only visit one Ramen in Sapporo, this is it.
I had their amazing shrimp ramen. It has very intense seafood flavour and a very unique smoky flavour which comes from charred shrimp shells they use. The noodles are nice and firm with a nice chew. I'm looking forward to trying their other ramen. I went just before noon and a line already formed. So keep that in mind when you visit this place.
Nice ramen, soup is rich but not too salty!
Yummy but not awesomeAfter our meal, we were very thirsty. Assuming theres load of MSG.Service staffs was very polite ðŸ‘ðŸ¿ðŸ‘ðŸ¿
Tasted the rich pork base & the original shrimp soup base ramen; both r amazing! better than Ichiran i must say and u can really taste the shrimps in it. Very nice staff. Line-up is coming after 12h, so be there before that. They actually closes after 3h pm and also on wednesday.
Foodorgasm at it’s best! Wow 😮 must go place!! I took Original flavor miso based soup and thick noodles and of course Gyoza ;)
Super delicious ramen shrimp based soup. I order original with shrimp and miso based soup. It’s pretty amazing for my first time trying this type of ramen. My sister ordered original with shrimp and soy sauce. It’s saltier than mine-both are yummy! Gyoza is tasty too! There’s a long waiting line but moved fast tho.
This restaurant ticks everything. Tasty noodles, tasty soup, affordable prices even though it's so popular (just 780Â¥!) and has such a long queue, enough leg room and space for each individual, and last but not least an easy to read menu (not sure about the English version because I read the Japanese one) and not some menu that has too many options.
Worth the hype!!! Absolutely yummy broth that you can't really find elsewhere. Beware, it's busy! Even getting there 5 minutes after they opened, seats were filled and I had to wait about 20 minutes. But they have very efficient and friendly service (English available) so I would definitely go back! Not just a tourist trap, there are many locals who eat here too
One of the best ramen shop in town.. oiishi 😋ðŸ‘ðŸ¾
First time trying this broth - yummy! It was full and we had to queue, but staff were very welcoming and efficient. The cooks were also very friendly. I don't remember anymore which one I ordered but it was delicious - and the one my friend had was nice too. We also ordered gyoza (can't find the picture, probably ate it right after it came haha)!
My 1st time to this restaurant. Excellent service. Staff spoke little English but they did not discriminate against non Japanese unlike some other stores. Very polite and attentive. Food was also excellent and tasty. Highly recommended.
The original Ichigen. Shrimp ramen is amazing. Never had it anywhere else
One of the few places in Sapporo that offers shrimp based ramen broth. The soup and noodles taste amazing, style of the place is small and quaint so you cant make reservations, but traffic is fast enough that youll be waiting just a few minutes. Definitely must try for ramen lovers!
A very rich and delicious broth combined with excellent noodles, one of the best ramens I have had. Staff was very friendly. A great experience overall.
Ordered: 1) moderate broth with miso prawn, thick noodles; 2) rich broth with salt prawn, thin noodles.(1) actually had more shrimp and charred flavour and a bit saltier than (2), which had a very deep, rich and quite thick broth and a nice shrimp flavour balance too. Preferred (2). ¥830 each. Noodles cooked just right - nice bouncy texture. Gyouza was also very nice ¥380. Very good value and very unique flavours that suited my palate just right. Mouth felt clean and not heavy after.Pretty safe to safe it’s one of the best ramens I’ve had in my life!! I wish they’d have this shop back home! Friendly, very efficient service as they take your order while you’re waiting and you pretty much get your order as you sit down. Come here - you won’t regret!!.
Excellent ramen - definitely a must whilst in Sapporo. We ordered 2 miso ramens, one with a moderate base and the other with the rich base. Highly recommend the rich base if you love a strong shrimp flavour! The pork broth helps to balance out the dish resulting in a really delicious soup that didn’t feel as heavy as I expected.
Highly recommend this place! We went around 3.30pm and we didn’t have to wait that Long. Ordered moderate and original to taste, the moderate broth is much thicker compared to the original. So depends which you prefer! The shrimp rice ball is AMAZING! So simple yet so nice!
Very tasty ramen and different from other ramen. Must try food in Sapporo! There is only about 16 bar table, so need a bit patient especially lunch time or dinner time. You can choose small or thick ramen noodle. Mine is small (normal ramen noodle size). Recommended!!!
It is indeed as yummy as everyone says. I had the Ebi Miso ramen and the flavour was really deep and shrimpy. However only 4 stars from me as it is too intense for my taste. I could barely finish the noodles. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice though and I would recommend you to at least a bowl here as it is indeed a unique flavour!
New taste of ramen I had. It is a shrimp soup. Nice smell of shrimp. I ordered original soup (1) and shrimp and miso base (1). Gyoza is quite normal as other restaurants. Nice to be here.
Service was great. Didn't have to queue too long when we went at around 530pm on a Saturday. The shrimp broth was special and tasted really good! Loved the gyoza too
Amazing ramen 10/10! We ordered 2 bowls in rich flavour. For the seasoning we got soya and miso. I like soya more but my husband likes the miso more. So you cant go wrong!! Gyoza is pretty good too!!!
This ramen restaurant is quite unique. It’s not your typical ramen store using pork broth. This place uses shrimp broth. We came here during lunch hour. The line was long and it was about 40mins until we were seated. The restaurant worked quite efficient. They will let you look at the menu when it’s close to your seating time. So, basically when you are seated, the food is ready. My son and I were not a big fan of shrimp, so we were okay only with the ramen. But, my husband and my sister loved it and kept raving about it.Overall:Menu: 4stars Food: 4starsPrice: $Service: 5stars
Nice late night ramen place. Friendly staffs and parking spaces too.
